"I had a breaker issue I couldn't figure out. Food spoiling, half the power working, half not. I didn't know an electrician and called this company based on the couple reviews I saw. I was still a bit skeptical, I didn't know the people who wrote the reviews.

Well five stars really isn't enough! Brian first tried to walk me through the issue over the phone to avoid a service call. Then he showed up prompt, professional, and resolved my issue with a VERY reasonable cost. He even went with me to Ace to get the right/rare breaker I needed to replace.

It's so nice to have this problem behind me. Plus to have someone who wasn't creepy or trying to work up some bigger problem than it was!

Called well ahead of appt to let me know what time he'd be to the house, and got here within a few mins of that time. The troubleshooting was thorough and did a great job of narrowing down the problem. Ultimately had a loose wire going into the breaker that wasn't really apparent until the breaker was pulled.
